CANCELLATION POLICY:
The USBLN® Annual Conference does not permit cancellations or offer refunds;
however, substitutions are welcome. If a substitution is required, please
contact Anita Howard at
anita@usbln.org.
More than one person attending?
We offer a $25 discount for each person for two or more attendees
from the same organization attending the full conference. Insert
MULT2010 in the Promotion code field during online registration.
Please note: You must register online individually in order
to receive $25 off per person from the same organization. Use of this code
will be audited. (Discount is not available for the single day rate or
spouses/partners).

Unable to attend the full conference? Single day rates are available for
$195 per day and include educational sessions and special events for

The Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel is our conference site hotel. Rooms are
available on a first-come, first-served basis and they have sold out on select

Chicago O’Hare & Midway
International Airports – Travel Time
Please allow at least one hour travel time to and from the Chicago O’Hare
& Midway International Airports and our conference site at the Westin
Michigan Avenue hotel. O’Hare airport is located 17.6 miles and Midway
airport is located 14.7 miles away from the hotel, but that does not account
for the traffic in the city. Please take this into consideration when making
your travel arrangements to allow this hour travel time due to traffic.
Accessible and ADA Hotel Rooms
The Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel has sold out of ADA rooms. but accessibility
