National Conference
What first started fourteen years ago
as an informal annual gathering of business leaders and human resource executives
has grown into a national movement for diversity inclusion. The US Business
Leadership Networks Annual Conference is the flagship event for making
the business case for hiring, retaining and promoting workers with disabilities,
improving marketing strategies toward consumers with disabilities and contracting
with vendors with disabilities through the development and certification
of disability-owned businesses. The USBLN® Annual Conference is widely
seen as the preeminent national event for business, community leaders and
BLN affiliates nationwide.
The purpose of the annual conference
is to assemble employers, BLN Affiliates, Corporate Members and other
stakeholders to identify successful strategies aimed at diversifying workplaces,
marketplaces and supply chains. The USBLN® Vision is to build workplaces,
marketplaces and supply chains where people with disabilities can realize
their full potential and be respected for their talents, economic
self-sufficiency and entrepreneurship. |
