CANCELLATION POLICY:
The USBLN® Annual Conference does not permit cancellations or offer refunds;
however, substitutions are welcome. If a substitution is required, please
contact Kerrell Farmelant, USBLN® Conference Producer at
kerrell@thenextgreatevent.com.
Single Day Rate Available:
Unable to attend the full conference? Single day rates are available for
$210 per day and include educational sessions and special events for the
day(s) selected.
Spouse/Partner Rate:
Full conference or single day rates are available for spouses/partners.
More than one person attending?
We offer a $25 discount for each person for two or more attendees
from the same organization attending the full conference. Insert
11MULT in the Promotion code field during online registration.
Please note: You must register online individually in order to receive
$25 off per person from the same organization. Use of this code will be
audited. (Discount is not available for the single day rate or
spouses/partners).
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Pay by credit card or check – Mailed in checks or Visa,

Be sure to book your travel to arrive on the morning of Sunday, October 16
to check into your hotel, attend pre-conference meetings as invited and join
us for our exciting Welcome Reception & Mixer at conference site hotel,
the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Attendee registration will open at 7:30
am on Sunday, October 16. Our opening day educational sessions start promptly
at 8:30 am on Monday, October 17.

International Airport (airport code SDF) offering over 105 flights per day

Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel
The Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel is our conference site hotel. As of
Friday, September 23, our contracted group room block at the Marriott Louisville
Downtown has expired. Rooms may still be available, but the rate is subject
to change after this date. Room rates may be lower at the SpringHill Suites
and the Fairfield Inn, two of our overflow hotels. Please call for best
availability.
